What packaging do you use to ship your products? We do not use any plastic to ship our products. We use biodegradable and recyclable mailers made from recycled content or 100% recyclable boxes. We use 100% recycled packing paper and compostable packing peanuts that we collect form local business and reuse. We use 100% recyclable paper tape, and our shipping labels are made from post-consumer recycled content and can be recycled/composted.

What do I do with the packaging once I receive my products? We encourage our customers to reuse the packaging materials in any way that they see fit! Otherwise please recycle or compost. 

Where does the Circular Living ship? We ship pretty much everywhere! 

What are your shipping options? We offer flat rate shipping based on total order weight. With order confirmation, orders usually ship within 2-5 business days, sooner if we can manage it (we're a very small business) and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with order tracking. We partner with USPS or UPS for our shipping. 

Local Pickup: We are pleased to offer local pick-up at our studio/shop location in Seabright, Santa Cruz, CA. For local pickup, please order online and select "local pickup" at checkout. When your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. We are open every Sunday from 11am-3pm - please ring the doorbell on the gate. 1717 Seabright Ave, Suite 1 Santa Cruz, CA 95062

How long will it take to process my order, and when will it arrive? Once you've placed your order with us, it will take approximately 2-5 business days to process/ship (earlier if we can manage it). We fill orders as fast as we are able. Thank you for your patience!

Returned packages: We will refund packages that are returned to us and issue a refund (minus shipping cost and a 10% handling fee). If you'd like us re-ship, please email us and we will send you an invoice for the re-shipping fee. 

Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us with 5-7 business days and include a picture of the damages and we will ship a replacement as soon as we are able. After 7 days, all sales are final. 

If a package(s) is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly - we are not responsible or liable for packages that are marked delivered to the correct shipping address and then stolen. Please reach out to the carrier directly.
