Shipping & Returns
What packaging do you use to ship your products? We do not use any plastic to ship our products. We use biodegradable and recyclable mailers made from recycled content. We use 100% recycled and/or upcycled packing paper that we collect form local business and reuse. Plastic tape? Funk no! We use 100% compostable and recyclable paper tape, and our shipping labels are made from post-consumer recycled content and can be recycled.
What do I do with the packaging once I receive my products? We encourage our customers to reuse the packaging materials in any way that they see fit! Otherwise please recycle or compost (our shipping label cannot be composted, please recycle).
Where does the Circular Living Co. ship? We only ship in the United States, but we hope to expand to international shipping soon.
Do you accept returns? At this time all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds. Please see our return policy below for more information.
What are your shipping options? Our shipping options and prices are based on the weight of the product and the distance it will travel to reach you. Both calculated during checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping? We most certainly do! During check-out you'll be presented with the option to select standard or expedited shipping. We are a small company, and always handmade, so please note: If for some reason your order is not available to ship immediately, it will still be shipped in the method that you selected when all the items in your order are available. We will notify you via e-mail if there are any delays.
How long will it take to process my order, and when will it arrive? Once you've placed your order with us, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. We are a small company (2 people), and we fill orders as fast as we are able. Thank you for your patience. Again, if the item is backordered, we will send you a separate email to provide you with the estimated wait time.

At this time all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions about our products, please view our FAQ page before making a purchase. In our current consumeristic culture, many of us are making impulse buys online, because we know that we can return the items for free.
