CIRCULAR LIVING 

Inspired by the circular regenerative cycles and interconnectedness of nature, Circular Living is a way of being in reciprocal relationship with the earth.

As the world is full of many ideas, beliefs and not everyone has equal access to resources, showing up to take care of each other and the earth looks differently for each of us. There isn't one right way to care about humanity and nature. Connection leads to empathy and empathy leads to inspired action which creates change. 

ORGANIC, FAIR TRADE & RENEWABLE 

We choose to use pure and potent certified organic/non-gmo and fair trade ingredients. We support unrefined, cold-pressed plant butters/oils and steam distilled/cold pressed essential oils. We mindfully select ingredients based on their renewability, their skin benefiting qualities, the ethics of the supply chain, and the overall environmental impact.

We do not use any plant species that are vulnerable, threatened, endangered, or critically endangered like frankincense, rosewood or sandalwood (to name a few). We also do not use any synthetic fragrances, hydrogenated oils or pseudo-waxes (the by-product of absolute floral oils that are often extracted using petroleum solvents like hexane). 

VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE

Our products are vegan and always cruelty-free! We love animals and don’t work with vendors who test on animals or produce ingredients that compromise animal welfare and endemic species habitat (like palm oil). 

PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING & SHIPPING 

We think of the circular life cycle of our products and believe it is our responsibility as company to design, package and ship our products in a way that supports the health of people and the planet.

Our labels are 100% certified backyard compostable and we use unfrosted glass bottles/jars with metal lids that can reused or recycled curbside. All of our products have the option of being 100% plastic-free; however, customers can choose to have a reusable plastic dropper/pump/mister top on certain products in lieu of the metal top. 

Our shipping materials are 100% plastic-free. We use compostable and recyclable packing paper and mailers. Our boxes are made from recycled content, and we use water-activated paper tape and post consumer recycled paper shipping labels which can be recycled or composted.

We are a small woman-owned business, and we make everything by hand in small batches which guarantees the freshest product possible as almost everything is made to order.  When you buy from a small business, you help local communities thrive, create community relationships, create jobs, receive personalized customer service, support ethical business practices and the environment. Plus it brings joy and happiness to the makers!

We believe in giving back and supporting non-profit organizations that are driving positive social and environmental change in the world. We donate at minimum 1% of our quarterly profits to non-profits that are in alignment with our values.
